Tight Tech delivers exclusively within Australia.

Order Processing:

  • Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Keep this email as proof of purchase. If you don’t receive it, check your junk folder.
  • Instructions: Delivery instructions can be added to your return postage upon request. Note that if you opt for your item to be “left in a safe place,” Tight Tech is not responsible for any loss or damage once the courier has left the package.

Delivery Methods:

  • Australia Post: Orders dispatched via Australia Post use Australia Post Standard shipping and Express Post.
  • Other Couriers: If another courier is used, we will use the quickest shipping method they have to offer.

Delivery Times:

  • Processing Time: Accessories and device repairs are usually dispatched within two business days of completion.
  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery via Australia Post Express or other courier services typically takes 2-5 days, depending on your location.
  • Weekend Delivery: Australia Post delivers Monday to Friday. Other courier services may deliver on weekends.

Tracking Orders:

  • Tracking Number: All orders come with a tracking number.
  • Tracking Issues: If your order hasn’t arrived, contact our customer service team at info@tighttech.com.au or use the tracking number on the courier’s website for updates.

Important Information:

  • Order Verification: Check your order upon receipt. If you receive an incorrect item, do not open it. Opened or tampered items cannot be returned or refunded. For damaged items, contact us within 4 days of delivery and keep any item information for proof (e.g., photos).
  • Device Repairs: Report issues with repairs within 15 days. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Items will be inspected by our team before any exchange or refund is issued.

  • Currency: All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice.

Delivery Costs:

  • Orders Over $100: Free Express delivery (Australia-wide) for accessories and device repairs.
  • Orders Under $100: Standard postage cost applies, determined by the customer.

Refunds and Returns:

  • Eligibility: Only items purchased on the Tight Tech website are eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Items bought elsewhere must be returned to the original store.
  • Error in Ordering: If you make an error, we will exchange the item if it is unopened and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, as are any additional postage costs for the correct item.

Damage During Delivery:

Repair Warranty:

  • Guarantee: We guarantee that our device repairs will outlast our competitors’ repairs due to the quality of our technicians workmanship and parts. We offer an exchange or re-repair within 12 months if any problems arise.
